In November 2006, Carlos A. Martinez, a former client of Mario Juarez’ Fireside real estate company files suit against Mario Juarez and others for Breach of Contract and Warranty. The plaintiff sought damages for fraud and negligence related to a home he purchased using Mario Juarez’ Fireside Real Estate. Alameda County Case Number RG06264545. Mario Juarez sold this man property when he clearly knew that this was an illegal unit!
“Plaintiff purchased a residence and attached rental units from the seller, defendents; Mario Juarez who is associated with Folden Enterprises dba Fireside Realty, acted as plaintiffs broker in the transaction. Plaintiff now contends that the property had various significant code violations and cannot be used as he intended. Plaintiff is thus suing the sellers, their realor(s) and Mario Juarez and Folden Enterprises for Negligence, Fraud, etc”
December 4, 2006: Fruitvale small-business owner Joseph Martinez files a lawsuit against Mario Juarez and his company Folden Enterprises (dba Fireside Real Estate) for damages resulting from breach of contract, negligence, and misrepresentation. Alameda County Case Number RG06300637.
The case was settled out of court and Mario agreed to pay a settlement for an undisclosed amount.
On April 12, 2007, Condie Small Business Services, a small, female-owned business filed a lawsuit against Mario Juarez for Breach of Contract and damages due to Fraud. See Alameda County Case Number RG07320317 for full details on the case.
